At Loloi, we stand behind the quality of our craftsmanship and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If a rug doesn't perfectly suit your space, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return and receive a return authorization.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Carefully roll the rug and wrap it in its original protective packaging or heavy-duty plastic to ensure it remains clean and undamaged during transit.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, securely attach it to the exterior of the package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned item to confirm it is in original condition, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
