How do I clean and maintain my Loloi rug?
We recommend regular vacuuming without a beater bar to prevent fiber damage. For spills, blot immediately with a clean white cloth. Professional cleaning is recommended for deep stains or delicate materials like silk and viscose.
What is the typical shipping timeframe for orders?
Most in-stock items ship within 3-5 business days. Delivery times vary by region, but you can generally expect your rug to arrive within 7-10 business days after it leaves our warehouse.
Can I return a rug if it doesn't fit my space?
Yes, we offer a 30-day return policy for items in their original, unused condition. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
Why does my new rug have a slight odor or shedding?
Shedding is common in natural wool rugs and will decrease over time with regular vacuuming. A slight 'new rug' scent is normal due to packaging and will dissipate within a few days of being unrolled in a well-ventilated room.
Are your rugs suitable for high-traffic areas?
Many of our power-loomed and hooked rugs are specifically designed for durability in high-traffic areas. For the best longevity, we recommend using a high-quality rug pad to prevent sliding and reduce wear on the fibers.
Do you offer international shipping?
